Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be shipped with the original packaging.

Gift Baskets w/snack foods - (Exception, if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement & return label will be provided.) Photos are required with a photo(s) of the shipping label & and any damages.
