Do you save my bank details?

Absolutely not! We do not have visibility to your passwords or bank information. All your personal information remains confidential and secure through encryption.

Why do I need to setup an account?

Creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view any important information about your product purchased. Manage reviews and process returns, easily. Additional features will be added to your account page in the near future.

Where do I access my account?

You can click the link here, or you can find it on the top of the page in the upper right-hand corner next to the cart Basket.

Do I need to setup an account to place an order?

You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However, creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view any important information about your product purchased. Manage reviews and so much more. What is the status of my order?

To check your order status, simply log into your account and click "Order History"

When is my credit card charged.

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel the order.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive emails/texts throughout the order process.

Review the emails you received for tracking info. Also check your junk/spam folders if you are not receiving any emails.

What is your return policy?

How can I start a return?

Regrettably, not an option currently. We'll evaluate each case for potential solutions.

Indeed, complimentary shipping activates on orders $75 and above.

What are your shipping rates?

At present, we uphold a fixed shipping fee of $5.00. The fee is susceptible to changes due to international commerce.

Expedited shipping?

Not at the moment. Contact customer service for assistance or send us a chat; look for the waving hand, bottom right corner of your screen, exceptions might be possible.
