Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping (3-10 business days) within the United States. UPS/USPS/FedEx are the carriers that are mostly used from our suppliers.
Order Cancellations
If you find you need to cancel your order, let customer service know immediately. There are no guarantees that your order can be cancelled.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are a flat rate of $7.95 currently. When you order $75 or more, this will activate Free Shipping.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed within [1-3 business days] Add 2 to 3 more days for Personalized items. (Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Weather and Catastrophic occurrences will also delay or halt shipping times.)
International Shipping
bagNook currently only ships within the United States (50) In addition, some products will not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. This information is on the product pages under Shipping Information.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive up to date emails with tracking number. You can track your order on our website as well.
Lost or Stolen Packages
1. We take great care in ensuring your orders arrive in a timely manner. However, in the rare event that your package is lost or stolen during transit, please follow these steps. Contact our customer service team within 3 days of the expected delivery date. bagNook will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost or stolen, we will offer you a refund.
2. If package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, then you will need to check with the carrier to see who signed for the package, if applies) and get any photos, videos or signatures emailed to you for valid proof. You will need it when filing a claim. (if applies)
